Kevin Jones has dedicated his career to creating menus that let the beauty and flavor of high quality ingredients shine. From the diversity and bounty of Northern California, he is inspired by cuisines spanning Mexican, French, Italian and Caribbean flavors. His dishes, perfected over a long culinary career, incorporate the best of both fine dining and Mom's kitchen table.
Kevin takes pride in his years serving the Bay Area community, the relationships he has fostered across organizations, and the food he still prepares by hand for each and every catered affair. He considers his highly-requested (and locally famous) BBQ Sauce one of his crowning achievements.

Kevin has also owned and operated Hayward's popular sandwich spot, Pop's Deli since 2002.
